Role Responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance with guests' luggage during arrivals and departures ensuring careful loading and unloading
• Offer a warm welcome to guests and guide them courteously throughout hotel premises including lobby, entrances, and parking zones
• Manage guest movement efficiently to maintain smooth operations, especially during busy periods
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the hotel layout, services, and amenities to give guests accurate information and directions
• Adhere to safety and security protocols to protect guests
• Promptly address guest needs and resolve concerns with a positive, solution-focused approach
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance and behavior at all times
• Work in coordination with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to provide seamless guest service
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly
• Undertake additional duties necessary for smooth hotel operations

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a bellman or in hospitality roles is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner
• Good physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for long durations
• Fluent English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is beneficial
• Professional grooming and adherence to uniform standards
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Team-oriented with a proactive and helpful attitude
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s attractions, dining, and local services
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Basic computer proficiency to handle guest requests and communications within departments
