Role Summary

The Beauty Sales Representative plays a vital role in providing outstanding customer service by crafting a distinctive, welcoming, entertaining, and informative shopping experience for Red Cactus customers. This role demands showcasing customer service and cosmetic artistry skills upon request while fostering a cooperative atmosphere on the sales floor. Meeting or exceeding financial targets and managing operational duties assigned is also essential.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive Red Cactus customer service and product insights, tailoring the interaction from full to simplified services based on customer requirements.
• Consistently achieve or surpass personal sales goals to contribute positively to both team and store success.
• Serve as a professional and positive brand ambassador for Red Cactus.
• Participate in all required training programs and complete assigned educational and developmental tools.
• Maintain professionalism and respect in all dealings with customers, team members, management, and business partners.
• Comply fully with company policies and protocols, reporting any discrepancies promptly to a manager.
• Support the implementation and upkeep of visual merchandising, marketing standards, and ensure the store is regularly stocked.
• Help prepare for and complete stock inventory processes as directed.
• Accurately process transactions and proficiently operate the POS system.
• Adhere to punctuality standards and consistently follow Red Cactus' guidelines for personal appearance and hygiene.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail, particularly in customer-facing sales roles.
• Strong capabilities in customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven aptitude for multitasking and nurturing customer relationships.
• High attention to detail and effective multitasking ability.
• Experience in makeup artistry is advantageous.
• Willingness to maintain flexible working hours.
