Job Overview

The Beauty Advisor role at Asteri Beauty involves delivering outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming, engaging, and informative shopping environment. This position is designed to showcase your customer care and makeup artistry talents by assisting clients based on their needs. The role also focuses on fostering teamwork on the shop floor, providing excellent service, and achieving or surpassing store financial targets. Operational tasks may also be assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive customer service and product expertise tailored to customer requirements, ranging from full service to simpler assistance.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual goals to enhance team and store performance.
• Serve as a positive and professional ambassador for the Red Cactus brand.
• Participate in mandatory trainings and complete all assigned educational and development activities.
• Maintain professionalism and respect in all dealings with customers, coworkers, management, and business partners.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, promptly informing managers of any discrepancies.
• Support visual merchandising, marketing initiatives, and ensure the store is well stocked at all times.
• Assist in conducting stock audits as delegated.
• Perform accurate transaction processing using the POS system.
• Be punctual and adhere to the appearance and hygiene standards set by Red Cactus.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in retail, especially in customer-facing sales roles.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to multitask effectively and build strong customer relationships.
• Keen attention to detail and multitasking proficiency.
• Makeup artistry experience is advantageous.
• Flexibility in availability and the ability to maintain it is essential.
