Role Overview
Following a recent showroom refurbishment, the company is seeking a Bathroom Showroom Sales Executive based in Cork. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Working Hours and Contract
The position is full-time permanent, with working hours from Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and a rotating Saturday schedule from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers to improve their experience and satisfaction in the showroom.
- Become a subject matter expert on products and services, offering continuous assistance and advice.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and resolve any issues.
- Manage general customer service requests professionally.
- Generate sales opportunities and pursue follow-ups to close deals.
- Maintain showroom order and appearance, ensuring an inviting environment.
- Supervise stock levels and inventory controls to avoid discrepancies.
Requirements
- Demonstrated capacity to cultivate and sustain effective customer relationships.
- Previous experience in roles emphasizing customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities adeptly.
- Knowledge or experience related to plumbing or bathrooms is essential; experience with tiles and bathroom products is advantageous but not mandatory.
