Role Overview
This position supports senior leaders by managing smaller-scale implementation projects and system upgrades. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting, collaborating directly with clients, and providing practical system-related assistance. This role also offers development opportunities in BAS knowledge through support duties during project intervals.

Key Responsibilities and Contributions
- Taking responsibility for the delivery of smaller accounting system implementations and upgrades
- Collaborating closely with clients to resolve enquiries and technical challenges
- Supporting the BAS team to enhance overall service delivery and system familiarity
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience (2-3+ years) working within BAS roles emphasizing system functions
- Strong proficiency in Xero and/or MYOB Business
- Demonstrated success delivering accounting system implementations
- Sound knowledge of SME accounting workflows
- Familiarity with software add-ons or integrations to accounting systems
