Baker Tilly Staples Rodway offers an immersive graduate programme designed to launch your career in accounting and business advisory. In your initial years, the focus is on learning extensively by gaining practical exposure and experience across diverse industries. This programme includes dedicated structural training, mentorship, and client relationship building. You will work closely with industry professionals, manage accounts across various sectors, seek opportunities to add value for clients, and continuously enhance your knowledge.
Programme Options
Positions are open within both Audit and Business Advisory service lines, providing you with pathways to specialize and grow professionally in either area.
Candidate Profile
- Currently in final year of studies or have graduated within the last two years
- Aspiring or planning to pursue Chartered Accountant qualification through CA ANZ or CPA pathways
- Eligible to work in New Zealand
- Ideally possess part-time employment, volunteer experience, or extracurricular involvement
- Strong analytical skills, adaptability, initiative, technology savviness, critical thinking, and effective communication
