Primary Duties

• Ensure the bar area is fully stocked and set up each day, managing inventory of beverages such as beer, wine, spirits, as well as supplies like paper products, straws, condiments, and produce based on daily demand forecasts.
• Manage the preparation and storage of fresh garnishes including fruits and vegetables, juices, and other perishable items to uphold quality standards.
• Welcome guests warmly, take and document drink orders accurately, prepare and serve beverages following precise recipes with appropriate portion controls.
• Stay informed and compliant with liquor laws.
• Handle guest orders efficiently and ensure timely service.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to record orders and generate checks for guests and team members, maintaining accurate beverage accountability.
• Mix and serve a diverse array of beverages, including classic cocktails, mixers, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Assist with food orders and support the floor team in deliveries as needed.
• Handle cash transactions, provide correct change, verify charges, record transactions properly, and ensure cash balance by end of shift.
• Secure all beverages, food items, and equipment after service; perform cash deposits as required.
• Stay updated on menu offerings, changes, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Respond politely and helpfully to guest inquiries.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards to present a professional and neat appearance.
