As a General Technician at Hilton, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall condition of the hotel premises. Beyond technical duties, your work fosters a welcoming atmosphere that enhances every guest's experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Preserve the operational integrity and safety of the hotel’s infrastructure, including guest rooms, public areas, and service zones.
- Promptly address service requests arising from guests and team members.
- Carry out maintenance and repair tasks spanning carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and masonry.
- Perform thorough preventive maintenance inspections to anticipate and prevent equipment or facility issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs, highlighting any areas that require further attention.
