• Drive revenue growth by crafting spa service menus and executing targeted marketing and promotional strategies to enhance guest enjoyment and business performance.
• Ensure spa facilities and all equipment are consistently maintained, clean, and operating optimally.
• Analyze service trends, respond effectively to guest feedback, and implement continuous improvements to elevate the spa experience.
• Lead and nurture the spa team by providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, fostering professional growth, and recognizing individual and team successes to maintain a motivated workforce.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to safeguard the wellbeing of guests and staff.
