Position Summary

The Bartender position entails preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, taking orders, mixing beverages, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar environment.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in preparing diverse drinks, preferably backed by formal bartending training.
• Minimum two years of verified Food & Beverage experience.
• Adheres strictly to local regulations regarding food safety and alcohol service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, warm and approachable manner.
• Physically capable of standing for prolonged periods and performing frequent bending and kneeling.
• Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy items like barrels and crates weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Basic literacy in reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer usage.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Experienced in operating cash registers and ordering information systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Educational qualifications such as a diploma, high school certificate, or related certificate preferred.
