The venue is seeking an adept, craft-focused bartender to uphold its reputation for high-caliber service.

Role Overview

The position calls for a dedicated and skillful Bartender who possesses extensive expertise in craft cocktails and premium beverage service. This full-time role demands an individual proud of their craft, equipped with thorough product knowledge, and capable of delivering exceptional, attentive service to a discerning guest audience across both bar areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute preparation and presentation of both classic and distinctive craft cocktails with accuracy, consistency, and creativity in line with Kira's recipes and protocols.
• Offer cordial, professional, and highly client-focused service at the bar and dining areas, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs to provide a personalized experience.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and seasonal menu items to confidently advise guests on drink selections and pairings.
• Oversee bar operations across two bar stations, including setup, closing procedures, inventory checks, and restocking activities.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and responsible alcohol consumption regulations at all times.
• Keep the bar environment immaculate, orderly, and stocked to meet luxury hospitality standards.
• Accurately manage financial transactions including cash and card payments, bar tabs, and POS system operations.
• Work collaboratively with the Bar Manager and culinary team on seasonal beverage menus, cocktail innovation, and special events.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior bar personnel or barbacks whenever necessary.
• Consistently embody Kira's brand values through appropriate grooming, presentation, and guest engagement.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of bartending experience within upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, or premium hospitality contexts.
• Demonstrated skills in classic cocktail preparation, mixology, and running craft cocktail programs.
• Extensive understanding of spirits, wines, beverage trends, and mixology innovations.
• Strong communication abilities paired with a polished, guest-centric service style.
• Capability to maintain composure and efficiency under high-volume and pressure-intensive conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Preferred certifications in responsible alcohol service and food safety or readiness to obtain such credentials.
• A heartfelt enthusiasm for hospitality and a continuous desire to refine bartending skills.
