As it enters its second winter season, the pub seeks enthusiastic bartenders who embody Irish spirit and provide excellent guest experience within its dynamic alpine team.

Role Responsibilities

• Serve and prepare a variety of beverages including beers, whiskeys, and cocktails with skill and flair
• Foster a warm and inviting environment for all patrons
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory levels at the bar area
• Assist in hosting pub events such as quizzes and live music performances
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications and Skills

• Deep interest and knowledge about Ireland and/or Northern Ireland is essential
• Being Irish by birth or upbringing is considered an advantage
• Fluency in English at a native level is mandatory
• Basic German language skills are beneficial but not required
• Excellent teamwork abilities, positive energy, and capability to work effectively under pressure
