At Rosewood AMAALA in Saudi Arabia, we seek a Bartender specialized in non-alcoholic beverage artistry. This position centers on delivering crafted, sophisticated mocktails, wellness drinks, and artisanal beverages that embody luxury, health-consciousness, and sustainability while upholding Rosewood's Relationship Hospitality excellence.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide insightful, customized, and engaging service for every guest interaction.
• Suggest tailored non-alcoholic drinks aligned with guest tastes and wellness requirements.
• Create remarkable experiences by narrating the stories of ingredients, flavors, and creative inspirations.
• Maintain an elegant, confident, and luxury-oriented demeanor throughout all engagements.
• Prepare and offer an extensive range of premium alcohol-free beverages including signature mocktails, fresh juices, cold-pressed blends, herbal infusions and teas, functional wellness drinks, specialty coffees, and hand-crafted beverages.
• Innovate and develop original drink concepts drawing upon local ingredients and international trends.
• Ensure uniformity in flavor, presentation, and quality across all menu items.
• Uphold cleanliness standards, hygiene, and the visual appeal of the bar area.
• Track and manage inventory of fresh produce, syrups, garnishes, and specialty ingredients.
• Minimize waste while ensuring correct storage for perishables.
• Comply with established recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of flavor pairings, herbs, botanicals, superfoods, specialty teas, coffees, and infusions.
• Keep current with worldwide developments in non-alcoholic mixology and wellness beverage trends.
• Collaborate with culinary and wellness departments to design integrated, superior guest offerings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in upscale hotels, premium cafés, juice bars, or beverage outlets with a wellness focus.
• Certification in mixology, barista craft, or beverage preparation is advantageous.
• Prior expertise in non-alcoholic mixology or wellness beverages is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in pre-opening environments is considered a plus.
