Role Overview

The Bartender is tasked with crafting and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, fostering positive interactions with guests, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role demands the ability to operate effectively in a high-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages following established recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage guests courteously and professionally, offering recommendations and answering menu-related inquiries.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Monitor bar stock levels, replenish supplies as necessary, and communicate shortages to management.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a safe workplace.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support additional operations such as food service and event assistance as required.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience in bartending is advantageous.
• Familiarity with traditional and contemporary cocktail recipes.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Physical stamina to stand for long durations and handle heavy lifting.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
