Role Overview - Steward

This role requires a genuine passion for service and teamwork, assisting with the operational tasks in the back-of-house area to uphold high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of all surfaces in the assigned areas
• Ensure that floors and work zones are kept free from hazards and obstructions
• Handle the operation and maintenance of kitchen cleaning equipment as required

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Dedicated to preserving a clean and safe working environment
• Knowledge of food safety principles and hygiene best practices
• Between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience within the hotel industry
