About the Role
The Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking a Bartender dedicated to delivering outstanding and consistent service to guests. This position involves supporting customer interactions and bar operations at the hotel's designated beverage venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and attentively.
- Engage in active listening and observation to understand beverage preferences.
- Offer recommendations and efficiently take drink orders.
- Assist in maintaining smooth bar service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
- At least two years' experience working within hotel operations.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
