Job Overview

We are searching for a passionate Barkeeper to join our team at a renowned location in Berlin. You will delight guests with creative drinks, expert advice, and a welcoming personality, even during busy hours. This role requires independence, attention to quality, and excellent service skills to ensure guests have memorable evenings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, long drinks, spirits, and other beverage specialties.
• Provide attentive guest care and consultation at the bar and restaurant areas.
• Promote and actively sell food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain a professional and warm guest experience within an inviting atmosphere.
• Assist with serving meals and support operational service duties as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and smooth workflow within the bar zone.
• Manage preparation and closing tasks for daily bar operations, including mise en place.
• Monitor and replenish beverage stocks and consumables.
• Conduct cashiering processes and handle reconciliations.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, quality, and safety protocols.

Candidate Profile

• Prior work experience as a bartender or similar hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation.
• Highly service-oriented with a genuine hosting mentality.
• Polished, confident, and friendly demeanor.
• Capability to work independently with responsibility and organization.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and resilience in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient in German and English languages.
