Role Overview

As a barista, you will deliver the authentic Starbucks Experience by providing exceptional service and expertly preparing food and beverages. Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and actively connect with customers to understand and meet their needs.
• Prepare food and beverages following recipes precisely or tailored to customer specifications, including modifications to ingredient quantities or substitutions.
• Handle cash transactions securely and uphold store safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment throughout shifts.
• Participate flexibly in various tasks required within the store during each shift.

Qualifications and Requirements
