Barista

Position Objective

This position entails ensuring that the designated bar area remains clean, well-organized, and fully stocked at all times. The Barista must serve customers efficiently while being capable of recommending and promoting specialty drinks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare requisitions for bar inventory and supplies.
• Manage daily stock levels to prevent shortages, maintaining the beverage station tidy and orderly.
• Maintain personal cleanliness and adhere to high hygiene standards.
• Ensure refrigerators are adequately stocked and replenished.
• Prepare fresh items daily, such as juices and decorative elements.
• Serve beverages promptly during service periods.
• Possess knowledge of specialty drinks, including cocktails.
• Capable of designing and updating a beverage menu.
• Keep utensils clean and polished at all times.
