Role Purpose

As a Barista, you will craft exceptional coffee experiences that go beyond beverages, creating moments of comfort and enjoyment for customers. Your attentive service, detail orientation, and commitment to cleanliness will ensure each guest's visit is memorable and pleasant.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a warm and inviting environment, making every interaction meaningful and memorable.
• Expertly prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee classics and diverse hot and cold drinks.
• Actively enhance your product expertise through information gathering and learning.
• Effectively communicate with guests and team members to facilitate smooth operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods such as espresso extraction, milk frothing, and tea preparation.
• Experience in customer-facing roles that demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Competence in using coffee machines, grinders, and other barista equipment.
• A genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers and collaborating with a diverse team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Possession of a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or an equivalent qualification relevant to the specific Australian region.
