Barista

Role Overview

As a Barista in Islamabad, you will craft and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to company quality standards, ensuring each beverage delights customers. Your duties include operating espresso and related beverage machines, maintaining cleanliness in preparation and service zones, monitoring supplies and inventory needs, and fostering a friendly atmosphere by delivering excellent customer service. Adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols is mandatory throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages aligned with company guidelines.
• Use espresso machines and other beverage equipment skillfully and safely.
• Keep the coffee preparation and service areas clean and organized at all times.
• Track stock levels diligently and report inventory requirements promptly.
• Provide welcoming, professional customer service to create a positive experience.
• Strictly follow food safety and hygiene standards throughout operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably have prior experience working as a barista or in a café environment.
• Possess effective communication abilities and strong customer service skills.
• Be capable of functioning efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Have foundational knowledge of coffee making techniques.
