Role Overview

As a Starbucks barista, you will deliver the renowned Starbucks Experience by providing outstanding service and preparing expertly crafted food and beverage items. The fast-paced environment offers an opportunity to master brewing and culinary skills while collaborating with teammates and engaging customers. You will play a vital role in creating positive moments for each guest through friendly interaction and quality product delivery, all while supporting the company’s mission to inspire and nurture human connections one cup and neighborhood at a time.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Interact warmly with customers, crafting exemplary service moments.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to standard and customized recipes, adapting to specific customer preferences.

• Follow store policies regarding product quality, cash handling, and safety practices.
