Role Overview

As a Starbucks barista, you'll craft excellent service experiences and expertly made beverages in a lively store environment. This role involves mastering food and beverage preparation, collaborating with team members, and engaging warmly with customers to enhance their day with quality products and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Create the Starbucks customer experience by delivering great service and expertly prepared drinks.
• Collaborate with store team members to maintain a welcoming and efficient store environment.
• Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes or customer customizations, including recipe alterations.
• Handle cash and ensure store safety and security measures are followed.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks across the store during shifts as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• No prior experience is necessary; eagerness to learn is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to understand and follow oral and written instructions, seeking clarifications when necessary.
• Respect for store policies and operational standards.
• Ability to work well as part of a collaborative team and build positive relationships.
