Overview
The Barber Shop Manager role involves overseeing the daily functions of a barbershop or hairstyling salon setting. This position requires direct supervision of staff, managing budgets and inventory, as well as implementing and enforcing company policies to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily operational activities at the barbershop.
- Develop and implement workflow plans for efficient daily business.
- Create and apply policies and procedures for staff to follow.
- Control budgeting processes and manage inventory supplies.
- Oversee contracts related to advertising and marketing efforts.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members effectively.
- Address customer complaints and resolve concerns promptly.
- Supervise overall company operations to maintain service quality.
- Assign duties and responsibilities among the team.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance regularly.
- Make informed decisions related to tests and operational procedures.
