Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and professional Barber to provide premium grooming services in a luxurious hospitality setting. This position demands impeccable personal grooming, discretion, and a commitment to delivering excellent service especially catering to VVIP and distinguished guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform expert barbering services such as haircuts, shaves, beard trimming, and grooming advice tailored to client preferences.
• Ensure personalized grooming sessions that adapt to each guest's unique style and needs.
• Uphold stringent hygiene and sanitation practices in accordance with UAE regulations.
• Maintain barber tools, equipment, and workstation to luxury standards continually.
• Advise guests on appropriate hair and grooming products.
• Exhibit courtesy, professionalism, and confidentiality when engaging with clients.
• Organize and manage appointment scheduling with punctuality and efficiency.
• Keep abreast of contemporary barbering styles, techniques, and trends.
• Follow Salayel Hospitality’s established service standards and grooming protocols diligently.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Barber within luxury salons, hotels, or upscale establishments.
• Barber certification or relevant professional training is preferred.
• Strong grooming, appearance, and communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of both classic and modern men’s hairstyles and grooming methods.
• Excellent customer service skills with great attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with VVIP or high-profile clientele is an added advantage.
