About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Describe, prepare, and serve menu items including hot and cold beverages, as well as snacks.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the work area and equipment at all times.
• Manage inventory efficiently and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor temperatures of refrigeration and other machines to ensure optimal operation.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a high school diploma or have equivalent experience.
• Experience in barista roles or hospitality is advantageous.
• Familiarity with coffee, tea, and table service is a plus.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting or carrying loads up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

The position offers an hourly wage of $22.00, structured to maintain internal pay equity.
