Bar Team Member

Position Overview

Haven invites enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bar Team Members, working full-time, part-time, or seasonally. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, interacting with guests, and contributing to a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm greeting to guests, take drink orders, and ensure a positive interaction.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, from traditional pints to crafted cocktails.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and stocking of the bar area.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to guarantee smooth bar operations and outstanding customer service.
• Adhere to responsible service procedures to maintain a safe environment.

Candidate Requirements

• While prior bar or customer service experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
• A strong focus on customer service, being approachable, and possessing excellent communication abilities.
• The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Applicants must legally be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
