Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, teas, and smoothies.

• Customize beverages to meet customer tastes and specific dietary needs.
• Welcome customers warmly, take orders, and offer useful menu suggestions.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace, including counters, machinery, and seating areas.
• Manage cash handling and accurately process payments via the point-of-sale system.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies when required.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols to guarantee food and beverage quality.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers to foster a cooperative and productive atmosphere.
• Address customer queries and complaints courteously and professionally.
