Role Overview

As a Bar Porter at our Scott Road location, you will play a vital role in maintaining the bar's smooth operation by ensuring it is fully stocked with everything needed for the preparation of excellent drinks. Your ability to anticipate the bartender's needs and efficiently manage multiple tasks during busy hours is critical. You will contribute to a high standard of service and operational efficiency through proactive communication and time management.

• Physically fit to lift and handle heavy equipment and supplies necessary for bar stocking.
• Organized, nimble, and efficient, consistently ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
• Passionate about the hospitality industry, with comprehensive knowledge of food and beverages.
• Possession of Safe Liquor certification, demonstrating compliance with alcohol service laws and responsible practices.
