Job description
Role Overview
As a Bancassurance Manager working as a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of life insurance products through designated bank branches. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with both bank personnel and customers to successfully promote insurance offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell life insurance products within assigned bank locations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with bank employees and clients.
- Generate leads by engaging with walk-in visitors and existing bank customers.
- Assess customers' financial requirements to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Meet monthly sales and business objectives consistently.
- Conduct detailed customer meetings and present insurance policies effectively.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company standards.
- Provide post-sale support and nurture long-term client relationships.
