Key Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, ensuring your team delivers excellent customer service consistently.
• Coach and train team members to meet the brand's quality standards.
• Prepare award-winning food and create the world’s best coffee.
• Maintain high standards throughout all bakery operations.
• Support the management team in daily bakery operations.
• Identify and leverage individual team members' strengths to maximize sales.
