This position involves working closely under the Bakery Chef with specialized skills in baking and pastry preparation. The candidate will be responsible for managing Al-a-carte orders and desserts for events, ensuring high standards throughout.
Key Duties
- Collaborate with the Bakery Chef to deliver quality bakery products.
- Prepare desserts for à la carte service and special events.
- Maintain cleanliness of the baking area and ensure proper upkeep of all equipment.
- Adhere strictly to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
