Your Responsibilities

• Bring to life the Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank), delivering products and customer experiences that inspire genuine appreciation.
• Maintain exemplary food safety and hygiene standards by keeping your workspace clean, organised, and ready for audits.
• Lead and support your team while fostering a culture that prioritises wellbeing, resilience, and collective success.
• Continuously enhance your baking expertise and leadership abilities through curiosity and dedication.
• Work efficiently under pressure to manage the fast pace, physical demands, and strict timelines of a busy bakery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a formal baking qualification or an industry-recognised equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-moving bakery environment.

Shift Schedule

This position includes a rostered shift from Monday to Sunday, starting at 12:00 AM and finishing at 11:00 AM.
