Responsibilities

• Bring to life Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) by crafting products and customer experiences that truly delight.
• Take leadership in ensuring food safety and hygiene, maintaining a clean, well-organised, and audit-compliant bakery station.
• Support and guide your teammates to cultivate a culture focused on wellbeing, resilience, and collective achievements.
• Remain motivated and inquisitive to consistently improve both your baking techniques and leadership capabilities.
• Effectively manage the intensity, physical demands, and deadlines inherent in a busy bakery setting.

Requirements

• Possess a formal baking certification or equivalent qualification within the industry.
• Have prior experience working in a fast-paced bakery environment.
