Maintenance Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves engaging in a structured maintenance cleaning program aimed at ensuring a hygienic, safe shopping and work environment while controlling costs effectively.

Key Duties

• Maintaining communication with the Stocking 3 Coach and collaborating with team members to adhere to a thorough cleaning schedule.
• Strictly following all Food Safety protocols and cold chain requirements.
• Performing timely cleaning of Fresh Departments including refrigeration units like coolers and freezers, as well as display fixtures.
• Helping to inspect maintenance and cleaning equipment to confirm operational status and checking supply levels to ensure availability.
• Fostering a safe workplace by completing required in-store training certifications and complying fully with corporate policies and procedures.
• When needed, cleaning floors through appropriate methods such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet upkeep across all non-sales floor areas.

Compensation

The minimum hourly wage for this position is $18.05.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
