Role Responsibilities

• Bring the Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) philosophy to create baked goods and customer experiences that resonate and delight.
• Uphold strict food safety standards and hygiene, ensuring every workstation is clean, organized, and ready for audits.
• Lead and support your team to foster a workplace culture focused on wellbeing, resilience, and mutual success.
• Maintain a curious and motivated mindset, continuously developing your baking and leadership capabilities.
• Efficiently manage the pressures and physical demands of a busy bakery environment while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of formal baking certification or an equivalent industry qualification.
• Proven experience working within a high-paced bakery setting.

Working Hours

The roster option includes early morning shifts from 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM every Tuesday, offering the advantage of early finishes and free afternoons.
