About the Company and Role
We are an administrative logistics center collaborating with large international clients operating in sectors including plastics, iron & steel, paper, tires, general cargo, commodities like cacao and coffee, wood, and transport. Joining our team means contributing to the smooth processing of daily logistics worldwide by delivering accurate and essential logistic information. This role supports company subsidiaries abroad and optimizes international clients' logistic operations, leading to fulfilling work and opportunities for growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Input and manage inbound and outbound orders using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Organize transport planning, monitor stock levels, and track time registrations diligently.
- Oversee productivity metrics and compile meaningful reports for stakeholders.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools to enter and assess data effectively.
- Generate labels and transport orders, while ensuring proper setup and quality control measures.
- Conduct complete transport follow-up including Track & Trace processes.
- Handle Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tracking and create performance reports.
- Assist purchasing operations and monitor invoice data tracking.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- A university degree is mandatory.
- Fluency in English both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical and logical working style.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and function effectively independently or within a team.
- Experience with databases and data entry tasks.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
Preferred Experience
- Background working with ERP or WMS software systems.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving competencies.
- A proactive, accountable, and initiative-taking attitude.
- Understanding of business development prospects and contributing towards company expansion.

Additional Information
