Work Schedule

This role operates on the following roster: Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 6:00 AM and finishing at 4:00 PM, allowing you to avoid peak traffic hours and keep your afternoons free.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement everyday acts of acknowledgment, care, and gratitude to cultivate delightful products and customer experiences.
• Uphold rigorous standards of food safety and hygiene by maintaining clean, organized, and inspection-ready workstations.
• Provide leadership and support to your team to develop a culture of wellbeing, resilience, and collective achievement.
• Maintain a proactive approach to learning, continuously advancing your baking and leadership capabilities.
• Perform effectively under pressure, managing the physical and time-sensitive demands of a busy bakery environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possession of formal qualifications in baking or equivalent industry certification.
• Experience working in a high-volume bakery setting is necessary.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment medical examination is mandatory for all applicants.
