Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen activities, assisting chefs and maintaining hygiene standards in our Mangalore kitchen.
Key Duties
- Assist chefs with routine kitchen tasks including cutting, chopping, and basic food preparation.
- Wash and take care of kitchen utensils and cooking equipment.
- Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of kitchen and storage spaces.
- Help receive and organize incoming kitchen supplies professionally.
- Adhere strictly to food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Offer support to kitchen team, especially during peak periods.
- Follow directions carefully and maintain cleanliness throughout work shifts.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in hotel, hostel, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not essential.
- New entrants/freshers are welcome to apply.
- Possess basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safe food handling practices.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Good teamwork skills and cooperative attitude.
Additional Information
- Salary range: INR 12,000 to INR 15,000 per month.
