Job Overview

We are seeking diligent Housekeeping Staff to join our team in Mangalore, Karnataka. The position involves ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, dormitories, and communal areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, dormitories, bathrooms, floors, and other parts of the property.
• Change bed linens, pillowcases, and towels regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness in both guest and staff zones.
• Collect used linens and manage laundry processes.
• Replenish basic room supplies and housekeeping materials as needed.
• Communicate any maintenance concerns or damages to the property manager promptly.
• Adhere strictly to cleaning and hygiene protocols.
• Ensure rooms are prepared and ready before guest arrivals.
• Support the housekeeping team with additional tasks as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel services is advantageous but not mandatory; freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of basic hygiene and cleaning methods.
• Must be hardworking, punctual, and dependable.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as per operational needs.
