Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Baker to join our team at Woolworths New Zealand, offering an opportunity to build a career in bakery and work in a creative, vibrant environment. This role involves preparing and baking high-quality cakes and breads, promoting health and food safety standards, and supporting training and supervision of apprentices and team members within the Bakery Department.

Working Hours

Roster option 1 runs Sunday to Thursday from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have prior baking experience and proven knowledge in the field. Excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, the capacity to work under pressure, flexibility, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential qualities.
