About the Role
This position is designed for individuals eager to join a dynamic bakery team with no prior experience required. The role involves supporting bakery operations through dishwashing, cleaning, and assisting with baking and frosting tasks. Candidates will be trained to become valuable contributors within a lively work environment that values teamwork and performance.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash all baking and frosting utensils, pans, and tools.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bakery including floors, walls, shelves, bathrooms, and refrigerator units.
- Clean floor drains and properly dispose of trash by transporting it to the dumpster.
- Support bakers and frosters with various daily duties like scooping batter, flipping cakes, folding boxes, and labeling containers.
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
