About the Role
Property Pulse Consultants, specialized in advising banks on real estate valuations, is seeking fresh candidates for a Back Office Assistant role available immediately at their Virar office. The position emphasizes working with properties submitted for mortgage loans, verifying details and compiling comprehensive reports for banks that include property observations and market valuation.
Work Schedule
- Daily working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
- Operations include working on the last Sunday of every month.
- Compensatory off is provided during the first week of the next month for Sundays worked.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and verify property details offered for mortgage loans.
- Prepare detailed evaluation reports reflecting observations and market fair value of properties.
Candidate Profile
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Above average proficiency in English communication skills.
- Competent typing skills required.
