The Role and Team

Based in Riyadh, you will join the expanding Middle East Client Relations team. This refocused team champions a proactive, data-centric market engagement approach, crucial for client registration, managing RFPs, and providing pipeline insights to regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to reporting standards across key trackers such as Client Registration Status and RFP Management, maintaining precise and timely data.
• Compile and disseminate the monthly Business Development performance report highlighting wins, losses, win rates, RFP submissions per entity and team, pipeline valuation, and other essential KPIs to support leadership decisions.
• Oversee bid and performance bond deadlines, coordinating with Treasury on renewals, extensions, collection, and release.
• Manage all client registration processes including new registrations, updates, and renewals on pertinent client portals.
• Assist with RFP submissions and handle clarification queries via client portals.
• Provide backup support to Client Relations Coordinators during periods of increased workload.
• Undertake other Client Relations and Business Development duties as delegated by the Client Relations Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Between one and three years of relevant experience in business development, sales operations, business analytics, or similar function driven by data.
• Strong analytical skills and capability to produce insightful reports that transform complex data into practical business intelligence.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, experienced in pipeline handling, reporting, and data upkeep.
• Familiarity with client procurement and vendor portals such as Oracle, SAP Ariba, or equivalent platforms, especially for supplier registrations and bid management.
• Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy across various reports and data management systems.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written, apt at cross-team collaboration.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to develop analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations.
