B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generation Specialist

Overview

We seek a motivated and analytical B2B Sales Development Representative to expand lead generation efforts for our payroll and HR solutions targeted at businesses. The role centers on identifying corporate decision-makers such as CFOs, HR Directors, and Business Owners, delivering tailored outbound outreach campaigns, and effectively qualifying prospects to arrange meetings for the senior sales team.

You will leverage advanced prospecting and CRM technologies including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email enrichment platforms, and Zoho CRM to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sophisticated enrichment tools (Apollo, Evaboot, Findymail), develop targeted lists of potential clients by accurately identifying and validating contact information for decision-makers.
• Maintain data integrity within Zoho CRM by ensuring correct synchronization and mapping of prospect and firmographic data alongside contact engagements.
• Execute multi-channel outreach efforts combining cold email sequences with customized LinkedIn messaging and InMails to maximize engagement.
• Respond promptly to inbound prospect replies, address initial queries, assess needs against the Ideal Customer Profile, and secure qualified meetings for the sales team’s calendar.
• Meet daily and weekly outreach activity requirements and consistently hit monthly benchmarks for scheduled qualified appointments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1 to 3 years of practical experience executing B2B Lead Generation, Sales Development, or Outbound Prospecting within relevant sectors such as SaaS, HR technology, or corporate services is advantageous.
• Expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator leveraging advanced search filters, Boolean logic, and lead/account spotlight features to pinpoint targeted prospects.
• Proficiency with email verification and enrichment tools to obtain verified corporate emails maintaining bounce rates below 5%.
• Strong command of Zoho CRM for managing leads, contacts, deal progression, accurate field mapping, and avoiding duplicate data entries.
• Skilled in crafting engaging, concise cold emails alongside personalized LinkedIn messages that address specific challenges faced by prospects.
• Adept at qualifying leads based on ICP fit, budget, and decision-making roles while overcoming objections effectively to confirm meetings.
• Self-motivated with proven discipline to achieve outbound task targets including over 50 daily touches and meet monthly KPI goals for appointment scheduling.
• Fluent bilingual communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, suitable for high-level business discussions.
• Preferred prior experience in outbound sales or lead generation within B2B SaaS, HR tech, payroll, accounting, or corporate consulting domains.

• Competitive base salary ranging from 15,000,000 to 22,000,000 VND, open to negotiation depending on experience.
