Job description
Overview
We are seeking an Azure DevOps Support Engineer to enhance observability and reliability for the Liquorland platform. The role involves designing new dashboards, improving monitoring methodologies, and supporting platform migration from an operational perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and launch a new observability dashboard tailored for the Liquorland platform.
- Elevate APIM monitoring strategies, focusing on health, performance, and availability metrics.
- Create and manage log analytics tools to enable effective operational insights and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Facilitate platform migration efforts ensuring observability and reliability standards are met.
- Utilize monitoring technologies such as Splunk and AppDynamics to maintain platform stability.
- Establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) along with comprehensive alerting frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineering squads to integrate reliability best practices throughout development teams.
Requirements
- Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering with experience setting up observability capabilities within large enterprise environments.
- Proficient hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps tools.
- Prior involvement in cloud migration projects is highly desirable.
