Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and current clients.

• Address client inquiries through email and telephone, ensuring superior service quality.
• Conduct personalized client analyses and take necessary actions based on findings.
• Promote the organization's range of products and services to clients.
• Keep updated on the latest products, marketing initiatives, and terms launched by Trading Point, communicating these effectively to clients.
• Adhere to the company's legal policies and compliance protocols at all times.
• Offer recommendations for system improvements.
• Actively represent the company’s interests and collaborate with the Client Relations team to support business development efforts.
• Contribute to team goals by meeting assigned targets.
• Work closely with other departments as required to achieve seamless operations.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in a business-related discipline.
• Experience handling clients in the financial services industry is highly advantageous.
• Fluent in Azeri with excellent verbal and written English communication abilities.
• Dependable with strong integrity and character.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, innovative, and focused on achieving targets.
• Adept at multitasking and setting priorities efficiently.
• Proficient with computers and related technology.
• Possession of a valid work permit is mandatory.
