Role Purpose

The Availability 2IC plays a crucial role in ensuring products are attractively presented and fully stocked during evening hours, minimizing disruption to customers. This position involves leading restocking, merchandising, and product recovery efforts to keep the store inviting and well supplied within tight timeframes.

Working Hours

• Tuesday to Saturday: 5:30pm to 2:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Availability Manager to maintain stock availability and implement the Manager’s Trading Plan.
• Lead and coordinate the Fill Teams during night shifts to ensure timely restocking and recovery.
• Ensure store presentation meets standards that facilitate easy product location for customers.
• Exhibit leadership to motivate teams towards achieving operational goals within critical timeframes.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates a strong drive and sense of urgency in completing tasks.
• Capable of interpreting and executing strategic plans effectively.
• Possesses solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Has previous leadership experience or shows inherent leadership qualities.
