Automation Lead

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Possesses over five years of experience in IT operations automation, site reliability engineering (SRE) automation, AIOps, service management, or closely related domains.
• Demonstrates robust practical expertise in AI and generative AI technologies, large language model (LLM)-based automation, workflow automation, IT service management (ITSM), observability, and ChatOps methodologies.
• Familiar with various platforms and tools including ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, cloud services like Azure, AWS, and GCP, observability platforms, along with automation and orchestration utilities.
• Has a solid grasp of SRE principles, incident and problem management, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, automation governance, and operational analytics.
• Experienced in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms.
• Knowledgeable in DevOps and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with cloud providers like Azure or AWS and monitoring/observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Exposure to AI-driven tools including generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-enhanced automation techniques.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
