About the Role
We are urgently seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join a renowned steel manufacturing company located in Jharsuguda, Odisha. This position demands a professional with strong skills in industrial automation, particularly in PLC systems to ensure smooth operations in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PLC programs using Rockwell or Allen-Bradley systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation maintenance, fault diagnosis, and equipment breakdowns.
- Apply deep understanding of control systems and industrial automation to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with the operations team to support automation in the steel industry environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields.
- 8 to 10 years of solid experience specializing in PLC automation, particularly with Rockwell and Allen-Bradley PLC systems.
- Prior experience in steel manufacturing or closely related industrial sectors is highly preferred.
Additional Information
